East Petersburg is where we process food for freezing and dehydration. The dehydration process enables us to utilize greater volumes of produce and reduce the amount that ends up on the compost pile.

At our Leola warehouse, volunteers sort and package food to send to outreaches and our selection centers. This is also where all outreach deliveries are dispatched from.
