Dear Friends,
Some days at Blessings of Hope, we’re simply overwhelmed — in the very best way — by the people who choose to serve alongside us.
Recently, we had the joy of welcoming a volunteer group from Fellowship of Christian Athletes. When asked why they volunteer, their answer was simple: serving is a Christ-centered thing to do — it just goes together.
That spirit is exactly what makes our volunteers so special.

This group showed up ready to work, but also ready to connect. They came as friends, served side by side, laughed together, and made a meaningful difference for families facing food insecurity. Their time with us was a reminder that volunteering doesn’t have to be complicated or high-pressure. Sometimes it’s simply people choosing to do something good for their community — together.
We’d love for you to see a small glimpse of their time serving. Watch the video below to see how they jumped in, worked together, and helped move food to families who need it most.
What we love most about our volunteers is that they bring more than just their time.
They don’t just sort food.
They don’t just pack boxes.
They don’t just show up.
They bring heart. They bring joy. They bring purpose.
And because of that, families across our region have food on their tables and hope in their homes.

Every individual, every church group, every team, and every group of friends who chooses to serve plays a vital role in this mission. The impact may start in our warehouse, but it reaches far beyond — into homes, neighborhoods, and communities throughout our region.
To every volunteer who has given their time, energy, and compassion: please know how deeply grateful we are. Blessings of Hope simply could not do this work without you.
Your willingness to serve is helping bring nourishment, dignity, and hope to families facing food insecurity — and that impact matters more than words can express.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Blessings of Hope
And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24
