We are still smiling from the incredible joy and energy that filled the air during the iCare Community Event 2025! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who came, volunteered, donated, and cheered us on. Your support made this event not just a success—but a true celebration of community, compassion, and hope.
This year’s iCare was a vibrant reflection of the strength and generosity that define our supporters. Together, we shared delicious meals, uplifting music, friendly competition, and so much laughter. Every moment was fueled by a shared mission: to bring hope to the hungry.
A Community in Action
Thanks to your generosity, we were able to expand our impact in meaningful ways. During the event:
- 411 volunteers contributed more than 1,788 hours of service.
- More than $275,000 was raised—enough to provide over 785,000 meals to individuals and families in need!
Your dedication is truly feeding both bodies and souls.
iCare Event Highlights
Thursday’s Banquet was a special tribute to our roots. We served a traditional Amish Wedding Meal to honor the heritage of our co-founders. Guests enjoyed PA Dutch “roasht,” mashed potatoes and gravy, creamed celery, homemade noodles, and tender roast beef—classic comfort food that brought us together around the table.
Friday Night brought a spirit-filled evening of praise and music. The Matt and Nimmie Band and Amos Raber of ByGrace Ministry lifted our hearts and voices with a powerful gospel concert that won’t soon be forgotten.
Saturday’s activities kept the excitement going with a spikeball tournament and an exhilarating 5K race. Competition was fierce, fun was abundant, and the community spirit was alive and well.
And who could forget the auction? From vacation getaways at Airydale Retreat and Little Stone Cottage, to an electric bike, outdoor furniture, laptops, tools, and even a brand new 2024 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado Pickup Truck—generosity was on full display. Every item bid on brought us closer to our goal of feeding the hungry.
