New Freezers Open the Door to New Possibilities

Dear Friends,

At Blessings of Hope, every improvement to our facility helps us move closer to our mission of ending food insecurity. Recently, we reached an exciting milestone that will allow us to rescue and distribute even more food to families in need.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of two partners who share our heart for serving others—the High Foundation and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints—we have installed new commercial freezers at our facility.

These freezers represent much more than additional storage space. They significantly expand our ability to rescue and preserve frozen food that might otherwise go to waste. Frozen products can be some of the most difficult items to handle without the proper equipment, but they are also some of the most valuable. With the added freezer capacity, we can now safely store larger quantities of rescued food and ensure it remains fresh and ready for distribution.

That means more nutritious food can be packed, prepared, and delivered to the families, food banks, shelters, and other partner ministries we serve throughout our network.

Every time a freezer door opens, it represents another opportunity—an opportunity to provide nourishment, restore dignity, and share hope with someone facing food insecurity.

We are deeply grateful to the High Foundation and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for investing in this important infrastructure. Their generosity will have a lasting impact, helping us preserve more food and reach more people for years to come.

Thank you for continuing to stand with us in this work. Together, we are turning rescued food into hope for our neighbors.

With gratitude,

Blessings of Hope

I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ Acts 20:35
