Dear Friends,
“I thank my God upon every remembrance of you…” — Philippians 1:3
As we reflect on iCare 2026, these words from the Apostle Paul perfectly capture our hearts.
What began as a gathering of people united by a desire to make a difference became a powerful demonstration of generosity, service, and hope. Throughout the weekend, we witnessed hundreds of individuals come together to support Blessings of Hope’s mission of rescuing food and sharing hope with families facing food insecurity.
Whether you attended the banquet, volunteered your time, sponsored the event, participated in the 5K, placed bids in the auction, donated, prayed, or encouraged others to get involved, you helped make iCare 2026 our most impactful event yet.

This year’s event reached several exciting milestones:
- Over $465,000 raised to help provide food, hope, and encouragement to families facing food insecurity
- 346 banquet attendees, making this our first-ever sold-out banquet
- 157 runners participated in the iCare 5K (a list of winners can be found here and photos here)
- 24 children joined the Fun Run
- 264 individual volunteers served throughout the weekend
- 368 volunteer positions were filled across all event activities
- More than 1,431 volunteer hours were invested to make iCare possible
These numbers are certainly worth celebrating, but they tell only part of the story.
The funds raised during iCare will help ensure that nutritious food reaches families who are struggling to put meals on the table. They will support Blessings of Hope’s efforts to rescue quality food that might otherwise go to waste and redirect it to communities where it is needed most.
The sold-out banquet reflects a growing community of supporters who believe that no one should have to face hunger alone.
The runners who crossed the finish line and the children who participated in the Fun Run helped turn every step into tangible support for families in need.
The hundreds of volunteer hours represent individuals who chose to serve others through setting up, preparing food, organizing activities, greeting guests, cleaning up, and countless other tasks that made the event possible.
Each number represents a person who chose to make a difference.

One of the most encouraging aspects of iCare 2026 was seeing people from all walks of life come together around a common purpose.
Throughout the weekend, the atmosphere was filled with joy, generosity, and fellowship. Volunteers worked side-by-side. Sponsors invested in the mission. Donors gave sacrificially. Families gathered around tables. Friends cheered on runners. Auction participants enthusiastically supported the cause.
Together, they demonstrated what can happen when a community unites around God’s call to love and serve its neighbors.
The impact of that unity extends far beyond a single weekend. The resources generated through iCare will continue providing nourishment, encouragement, and hope to individuals and families in need. We hope you will take a few minutes to watch some of our favorite moments from this impactful event!
Events like iCare are never the result of one person or one organization. They are made possible by people who choose to invest their time, talents, resources, and prayers into a shared mission.
To every volunteer, sponsor, donor, attendee, runner, auction participant, prayer partner, and supporter: thank you.

Your generosity is helping Blessings of Hope continue rescuing food, feeding families, and sharing the hope of Christ with those facing difficult circumstances.
We are deeply grateful for your partnership and excited to continue making a difference in people’s lives. Together, we are sharing hope—one meal, one family, and one life at a time.
With sincere appreciation,
Blessings of Hope
I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now. Philippians 1:3–5
