Dear Friends,
Did you know that nearly every delicious bite served at our in-house events is prepared by our very own Fannie Beiler?
As one of our Operations Managers, Fannie Beiler wears many hats—but one of her most beloved roles happens in the kitchen. With a passion for hospitality and a gift for creativity, Fannie uses reverse meal planning and budget-friendly recipes to turn everyday ingredients into meals that are both comforting and inspiring.
Her approach is simple yet powerful: start with what you have and build something beautiful from there.

Many of the ingredients she uses can be found right in our Ministry Selection Center. Through thoughtful planning and a whole lot of heart, Fannie transforms those items into dishes that nourish not just the body, but the spirit. Each meal served at our events reflects the same mission that drives everything we do—sharing hope through food.
If you’ve ever wondered how to cook with what’s already in your pantry—or how to stretch ingredients without sacrificing flavor—Fannie is a wonderful example. She proves that you don’t need fancy ingredients to create something meaningful. You simply need creativity, care, and a desire to make the most of what you already have.

To help inspire you in your own kitchen, we’ve attached one of Fannie’s favorite recipes: chicken curry. It’s a flavorful, flexible dish that can easily adapt to the ingredients you have on hand.
You can also watch a video of Fannie making this recipe to see her process in action and gather tips for cooking with purpose. We hope this recipe encourages you to try something new, waste less, and create meals that bring people together—right where you are.
Enjoy,
Blessings of Hope
