Blessings of Hope is on a mission to bridge the gap between food surplus and people in need. Watch to take a “behind the scenes” tour of the dehydration facility at Blessings of Hope in East Petersburg, PA. Through a partnership with Barnabas Aid, we take the fresh fruits and vegetables we receive and give them a stable shelf-life through dehydration so that these items can easily be transformed back into hearty soups or stews when the time comes.
