Dear Friends,
Mark your calendar for May 29–31—you’re invited to a powerful three-day experience unlike any other. The iCare Community Event is your chance to enjoy great food, uplifting fellowship, and a shared mission to fight food insecurity in our communities. Whether you’re a long-time supporter or new to our cause, this weekend is for you.
Here’s what you can look forward to during this unforgettable event:
Thursday, May 29 – iCare Banquet
We’re kicking things off with a heartfelt evening that pays tribute to our co-founders’ Amish heritage. The iCare Banquet features a traditional Amish Wedding Meal, complete with PA Dutch “roasht,” mashed potatoes and gravy, creamed celery, noodles, roast beef, and classic desserts.
But it’s more than just a meal—it’s a night to connect with fellow supporters, hear stories of lives changed through your generosity, and celebrate the impact we’re making together.
Registration Deadline: May 27 (or while seats last!)

Friday, May 30 – Worship & Celebration Night
Gather for an evening of worship, encouragement, and joy. You’ll be moved by powerful performances from Amos Raber of ByGrace Ministry and The Matt & Nimmie Band. We’ll have some crowd favorites, like Aunt Fannie’s pretzels, available for purchase.
This is a time to refuel your spirit, reflect on our shared purpose, and rejoice in what we can accomplish together. It’s church, community, and concert all wrapped into one incredible night.

Saturday, May 31 – Family Festival, Auction, & 5K
The grand finale is a full day of fun for all ages. Come out for our Festival of Food, free kids’ activities, a community auction, and the 5K run.
Whether you’re running the race or just enjoying a fresh-squeezed lemonade in the sunshine, this is a day to celebrate hope and unity—while supporting a mission that feeds thousands.

From heartfelt moments to joyful celebrations, every dollar raised during iCare helps provide food for those in need. Visit our Events page to register, sign up to volunteer, or explore sponsorship opportunities.
We can’t wait to see you at iCare—a weekend of food, fellowship, and fueling our mission to feed the hungry.
With gratitude,
Blessings of Hope
