Dear Friends,
Imagine a world where no food goes to waste—a world where every surplus vegetable finds a purpose, nourishing those in need. Through our transformative partnership with Barnabas Aid, we’re making this vision a reality. Over the past two years, their generous gift of a commercial food dehydrator has empowered us to turn fresh produce into life-saving, shelf-stable meals.

Our most recent global shipment, the third in our dehydration initiative, delivered 13 pallets of nutrient-rich ingredients to Haiti. These pallets contained a nourishing mix of sweet potatoes, green beans, carrots, onions, kale, and black beans—key components of our carefully crafted dehydrated soup blends. Some pallets even featured mirepoix, the classic French combination of diced celery, onions, and carrots, which serves as the foundation for our newest soup mix. This shipment was split between two regions in Haiti: half nourishing communities in the north and the other half bringing relief to the south.

The impact doesn’t stop here. Our dedicated Dehydration Team is already hard at work on the next shipment, building another round of life-giving meals featuring a hearty base of sweet potatoes and mirepoix. Every batch we prepare represents hope—proof that excess food can be transformed into sustenance for those who need it most.
Together, we are making a difference, one nourishing meal at a time.
With gratitude,
Blessings of Hope
