One of our fantastic food suppliers is Chick-Fil-A. They donate fresh or frozen chicken and fresh salads 3 times a week. The food goes straight to our Ministry Selection Center for distribution.
Recently, some of Chick-Fil-A’s employees from Lancaster came to Blessings of Hope to clean and prepare items going to the shelves in our Lancaster Ministry Selection site for a fun team building activity. Condiments, bananas, cheddar cheese, and juice boxes were just a few items prepared for our neighbors in need.
Chick-Fil-A Owner/Operator Judy Shaffer had this to say about Blessings of Hope:
